Returns + Refunds
Due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on full-size items.
We created our travel sizes as a way for you to experience our formulas at a lower commitment. If something doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’re happy to offer refunds on travel-size products within 7 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at care@earthtonicsskincare.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
For all orders, we ask that you inspect your package upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 5 days. After this window, items will be considered accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always here to help guide you toward the best fit for your skin.
